The Streamline, Beyond Gym Quality

All useful workout programs offer you some way to burn fat and build muscle.

In addition most modern home equipment is going to

  • Be easy to use and put away
  • Come with some form of guarantee
  • Look great when fitness models are using it
  • Help you build muscle and burn fat when used correctly

That’s what all systems, from the most expensive to something as simple as running shoes, do in some form or another.

But that’s where the similarity ends.

All fitness equipment will provide some benefit. But only one system was designed from the ground up to take advantage of the latest, most advanced fitness information available.

These advances mean that you get predictable, consistent results with no wasted workouts, and when you do workout, the workouts are unbelievably short, and to the point..

Here are the unique features that make it work.

Bicep Curl

3 Key Features, 5 Workout Benefits

1 A. The Meter - Instant Maximum Intensity

When you workout you want to achieve the maximum intensity with each and every rep.

With the Streamline, patent’s pending metered technology, with the large, bright digital readout you know exactly how much force you are exerting each and every second.

This instant feedback helps push you to levels you never imagined possible, instantly, with each rep.

One rep with the meter as your coach to push you to your highest peak and you will never look at intensity the same again.

This intensity means that you get maximum development stimulation from each exercise.

1. B. The Meter - Exact Measurement of Peak Output

The meter keeps your peak output, which allows you to record the output to use with the online charts to get the best possible workout timing.

Without measuring and charting their workouts most people end up working out when their body is least prepared to build. But with exact measurement and the supplied online charts it is easy to determine the optimum days to workout, skipping the many wasted workouts that most people do before their body has fully recovered.

1. C. Precise, Unlimited Resistance - The meter measures force in increments of a single pound, giving you exact feedback whether you are a beginner doing an 11 lb. bicep curl, or a world-class strongman doing a 3427 lb Leg Press. No other system comes standard with this range of versatility.

Every system comes ready to handle up to 5,000 pounds of resistance. This means you can start at any level, even beginners, and people in rehab, and progress to any level, even world class athletes

2. Easy positioning. Numbers on the inside and outside of the columns allow you to instantly and exactly position the exercise to get set up fast, saving you time.

3. Exact Location. The coarse and fine adjustment points allow you to adjust your workout location to within 3/4" which allows you to target the ideal position for your body for each exercise.

Small, Light Footprint
The Streamline

Huge on Power, Easy to Change Exercises

The Streamline only takes up 45" by 26" of floor space. You’ll use a little more space when using the bench or the leg press position, but when not in use it stands upright and the bench stacks easily out of the way.

The bar weighs less than 20 lbs so that anyone can place it into position.

Each of the Adjustment sliders work independently so it is easy for anyone of any level of strength to adjust.

Yet the bar is capable of handling 1500 lb lifts, and the bench meter and base are capable of handling 5,000 lbs of resistance in the Leg Press position.

Even commercial gym equipment doesn’t approach this level of strength, much less home equipment.

If any other product was this revolutionary the inventors would win a Nobel Prize

I have used almost any fitness system you can name. I just couldn’t stay with a program for the time it seemed like would be necessary to advance. I have never been as consistent as I have been with XF.

In the last 16 months I’ve increased my strength by 122%

If any other product, system, potion or theory in any other discipline was this revolutionary it would be on CNN and FOX for months and the inventors would win a Nobel Prize"

What do you want your workouts to be based on?

The majority of workouts are based on common practices from the 1960s and 1970s.

Yet most of the practices of the 70s were derived based on the exceptional results of a few very unique individuals, and not on research into mechanisms of fitness, and results on the majority of people.

Research undertaken in the 1990s demonstrated completely different methods

Common 1970s practices Research from 1990 through 2005
Haphazard exercise choices, with widely varying numbers of sets and reps Exercises were carefully tested indicating that the best exercises were typically 30% more efficient and effective than alternative exerices Some exercises were over twice as efficient as haphazardly chosen alternatives.
Emphasis is on the full range of motion, even exaggerated ranges of motion using moderately heavy loads Full and exaggerated ranges of motion are the least productive ranges to workout in. Only the strongest range of motion and against heaviest possible loads (both are required) contracts all fibers and fiber types simultaneously, providing maximum neural, joint, bone and muscle development stimulation from a single repetition.
Slightly variable selectorized, pre-determined (guessed by the individual) resistance. Maximum Possible Resistance automatically determined by the current strength capacity of the individual
The total focus is on the time spent working out Development is only stimulated during the workout, development only occurs between workouts. Workout emphasis is on maximum muscle stimulation. And the results emphasis is on optimum workout timing.
This led to the assumption that you need 3 to 8 workouts per week, 12 to 32 workouts per month (with most people thinking that "more is better") The number of workouts isn’t fixed. Rather than "more being better" it turns out that it is a waste of time to workout before you have fully recovered and developed from the muscle development stimulation of the previous workout. Working out too soon is counter-productive, leading to negative results and increased injuries. Workouts should be timed to occur as the results of your previous workout have produced full recovery, and full development (supercompensation)

1970s practices in common use, compared with later research and Explosive Fitness System usage

Athletic gains commonplace

Golf Drive over the Mountans

Drives Increased by 30 Yards

It began with a study that demonstrated that a single rep workout system produced increases in the drive of even experienced golfers. This was documented in detail in Pete Sisco and John Little book, "The two-minute Golfer’s workout."

Later 3 of the first 10 people to order the Explosive Fitness system reported athletic unanticipated athletic advances.

The first, Martial Arts instructor Harry Grimm, reported increases in power and endurance in himself and his students after just a few workouts.

Karate Kick
Martial Arts Power

Next the initial Explosive Fitness system was used by the US Pentathalon team at the Facilities of Michael Clegg.

Shortly afterwards, Mark Baumgardner, a 34 year old stock market investor, dunked a basketball for the first time in his life.

Volleyball Player
Leaping Ability

Within a year a College Vollyball Coach, John Hunter, independently tested the system, reporting an unprecedented objective 2 inch increase in vertical leaping ability of his players after only a short period of use during a summer training camp.

From there his team went on to win the collegiate championship, and he the coach of the year award, naming the system in his award acceptance speech.

The retired former US Women’s Olympic swimming coach, Richard Quick, has spoken publicly about his use of the system at his National Championship Stanford program.

Respected Neurosurgeon Jeffrey Oppenheimer credits the system with making his "tennis serve like cannofire."

There have been many additional reports of increases in leaping ability, and in golf drive, and a reports of improvement in baseball, both in hitting and pitching, and in cycling speed (particularly on hills).

This is despite the fact that the equipment is not heavily marketed. Less than one in a thousand fitness enthusiasts are even aware of it's existence, yet the range, and quality of testimonials is on par with those of companies with massive marketing budgets.

Rapidly strengthens bones and joints, used by medical professional with their clients and used successfuly by older people.

Female back muscles image view

A high percentage of our clients are medical doctors.

In addition to them, Chiropractors are among our most enthusiastic customers.

Due to the static nature of the workout method it is possible to get a clear view of a client’s posture during the back strengthing workout movements.

Chiropractors and Osteopaths alike are also well aware that the spinal column is dependent on the surrounding musculature for continued support. And the ability for the user to vary the forces immediately and entirely within their own capabilities allows for users of wide ranging abilities to quickly find a setting that provides them muscle-building stimulation without injury.

Xray of the foot

It’s not just muscle. Strongest range exercises, due to the higher forces involved, provide more stimulation for bones as well as ligaments.

Typical chest workouts done in 150 to 300 lb (70-130kg) ranges don’t provide anywhere near the joint and bone stimulation that typical Explosive Fitness workouts in the 350 to 800 lb (150-350kg) range provide.

This is even more true of 300 lb to 1,000 lb (130-420kg) leg presses compared with the 800 to 2500 lb (350-1150kg) leg presses that are common using the Explosive Fitness method.

Yet because the exercises are always done in the joint’s safest, most stable position, the exercises provide more stimulation with far less risk of injury.

The combination of total immediate control of the effort involved, safest joint positioning, high stimulation of bone and joint development, and the avoidance of awkward snapping recoil action and absence of heavy weights make this system the preferred system for many medical professionals.

Knowledgeable older people have also taken advantage of these benefits.

Functional strength increased markedly

I am a 48 year old Physician. Previously I trained conventionally for 30 years using free weights. My joints had really taken a beating lifting full range of motion with little progress.

Since using the Explosive Fitness equipment, my joint pain is gone, and even people in my jui-jitsu class have remarked that my functional strength has increased markedly.

And I have more time for other pursuits.

What is happening to my 80 year old father?

"... Even more impressive to me is what is happening to my 80 year old father. Always healthy till last year when he got sick, lost 40 lbs and looked skinny/frail for the first time in his life. He has had four workouts. Once every two weeks. (he’s 300 miles away). He called me and asked if it was possible he could be getting results after four workouts because he swears he has muscles in his arms he hadn’t ever had before. I went up last weekend and his arms aren’t skinny anymore. His leg press has gone from 158 lbs. to 676 lbs. Thank all of you up there for the difference you have made in my family’s life."

Keith Duncan

I have found the equipment extremely safe and effective.

It is amazing how much easier the physical part of everyday life becomes as your body gets stronger.

I have found the equipment extremely safe and effective in rehabilitating injuries and that it is a powerful weight loss tool. I have a 60 year old female patient who started using the Explosive Fitness equipment in my office 2 months out of shoulder surgery. In the 3 months she has been using the equipment she has lost 14lbs. She has made these improvements working out no more than 15 minutes, once a week.

Busy adults don’t want to waste time

As a busy adult you rarely have time to do things the old fashioned way. It is unlikely that you go to work on horseback. And since you are reading this page you aren’t likely to be waiting for information to be ridden out to you by pony express (which was once the fastest way to get it). What was once the fastest way to travel is now not even close.

Likewise the 1970s were great times for improving the way fitness happened. Clubs in your neighborhood, and more specific machinery improved what you could do. And based on all the knowledge that was then available you could achieve faster results then than ever before.

But that was still a long time ago. Knowledge and know-how have moved on. It’s the 21st century and there is no reason to continue basing your workouts on old traditions. A lot has happened since the early 1970s.

Check

Late 70s, early 80s - Arthur Jones and Mike Mentzer demonstrated that Workout Intensity played a pivotal role in workout effectiveness. Throughout this time the Scientific Community began to develop an appreciation for the value of a concept they called "Maximum Momentary Intensity," though it was still thought to be unobtainable.

Check

Mid 80s, John Little imagined that the highest intensity could be reached in the strongest range of motion with a static effort.

Check

1990s, Pete Sisco applied mathematical and scientific rigor to devise both the Power Factor and Power Index, allowing for objective measurement of exercises, and workout scheduling effectiveness. With Little and the help of many readers of their respective books and articles they determined the optimum exercises, the optimum range of motion for each exercise and the optimum workout scheduling algorithm (within the limitations of then existing equipment).

Check

2000, Scientific American reported on the physical basis of muscle accomodation to workouts, providing a theoretical and biological basis for the workings of Sisco’s scheduling formulas.

Check

2002, Tony Reno, with Sisco’s testing and advisory assistance, developed the first working Explosive Fitness system, providing the first working model of a home machine that provided Maximum Momentary Intensity in the optimum exercises, and further simplified the measurment requirements for optimizing scheduling.

Check

2004, 2005 The University of Southern Mississippi finally conducted studies disproving in peer reviewed journals the 1970s dogma that only full range of motion exercises produced development.

Check

2006 The XF Streamline makes the 5 minute workout easy and practical.

All of the above combined to either assist in designing the current Explosive FItness System, or in independently validating the efficiency of the underlying rules on which it was designed.

The end result is an amazing set of breakthroughs.

Check

10 to 12 Exercises that outperform dozens of alternatives.

Check

Workouts that consist not of several sets, but of only 5 or 6 super-reps that allow you to complete an entire workout in less than 5 minutes without even breaking a sweat (another additional time and practicality convenience for most, but a life changing breakthrough for heat-sensitive sufferers of Multiple Sclerosis)

Check

Yet the exercises are so effective that advanced people produce weeks of muscle building stimulation from those simple exercises. It is common for advanced people to progress even while working out only once every 6 weeks.

Check

And the feedback is so precise that there is never any question of when to workout, or which exercise is best to do. The workout schedule is automatically optimized, not by some arbitrary calendar, but by your own physical results.

I’m able to work out in only 10 minutes EVERY THREE WEEKS

I’m a busy technology professional, commute 2 hours a day, have a family and manage a portfolio of 10 rental properties.

I’m always striving for success and looking for ways to make myself more competitive and effective. I started this fitness program because of lack of time. I knew I needed to improve my health and fitness, but could not seem to get around to it.

With the Explosive Fitness system I’m able to work out in only 10 minutes EVERY THREE WEEKS and the best thing is every time I workout I’m stronger and getting the results I want. Right away I started feeling stronger. I feel more confident, competitive and my stress level has gone down too. Even my doctor has noticed the difference.

I’m already growing out of my shirts and my pants are getting looser. Pretty soon I’ll have to upgrade my whole wardrobe.

A real no-sweat work out

I love my XF equipment because no heavy weights to crush me when I lift alone. Very quick a real no sweat work out and good visible results.

It has the clear advantages of time, effort and results that really work, as well as cutting edge science behind it as well.

I don’t have to change my clothes

This equipment and training method takes the pain out of getting stronger. I don’t have to go anywhere. I don’t have to change my clothes to do it. It only takes a few minutes. I don’t have to do it very often, and I can see and feel myself getting stronger all the time!

The results start fast, and they also keep coming consistently over the long term

Even though the Explosive Fitness system is easy to use right from the beginning, and even though beginners get phenomenal results, the Explosve Fitness system wasn’t developed with beginners in mind.

It was developed so that people could continue to get results over the long term, and so that normal very busy very active people would have a practical workout they could continue for the rest of their life.

At 45, I’m making significant gains in size and strength more quickly than I ever have

The XF-7000 is a machine like none that have come before. My gains come quickly, and what’s even more amazing is that time between workouts quickly progresses from days to weeks ... the stronger a person is and the more intensely they work out, the more time a muscle needs to recover.

This frees up a LOT more time for other activities, something we can all benefit from.

It all sounds too good to be true. But it isn’t. The Explosive Fitness equipment is real. The training techniques are proven by years of research. The benefits to a person’s life are enormous. I feel great at 45, I’m making significant gains in size and strength more quickly than I ever have before and in MUCH less time exercising.

Bill, Placitas, NM

I look forward to keeing fit this way for many years to come

I’m a middle-aged woman, sedentary by upbringing and inclination.

I feel great, I have good energy, and I have no trouble keeping up with the people I work with, most of whom are twenty years younger. Moreover, because it’s so safe and fast, I look forward to keeping fit this way for many years to come.

With 5,000 lbs of resistance, even my son won’t outgrow it

At first I was a bit concerned that it was too much machine for a woman. But doctors I took the information to were also intrigued about the information and recommended that I get the Explosive Fitness equipment, saying that it made more sense than anything they have heard about in years.

I started using the machine and was immediately relieved that a man or woman could use it and I loved the intensity of the stimulation that my muscles got.

With over 5,000 lbs of resistance I also knew that my 16 year old 6’ tall son would not outgrow it.

What People Say

What I love best about the workout is the efficiency,

I workout about once every 10 days and I have been going up about 8% each workout over the last 4 months.

Pat Charlebois, Canada

I could feel the muscles begin to grow and I felt young and alive again. Just a different swagger in a persons walk, like confidence. After seven exercises my strength levels had almost doubled in all areas. I am really feeling great!

Doug Clark, OR

I’ve only been at it for a few weeks, but it’s a real kick to watch those numbers increase

Michael Maloof

After being on a plateau for years, at the age of 62, my increases have been faster than I have ever experienced in over 44 years of bodybuilding.

David Dressler, CA

I’ve trained for years with many different styles of training. Nothing is even close to the intensity of this system...
after about 8 seconds of pressing, I lay there, my 1st experience of seeing and *feeling* exactly how much strength I had in me. I had pressed for all I was worth, and could not have pressed a pound harder.

Occassaionally I’d go test my old normal workouts, and those went up as well, even though I wasn’t doing them at all

Michael Peter, Tx

It was the first time in my life that someone had ever asked "Have you been working out? Your arms are huge!"

After just two months the difference in my whole family was so noticeable that several people were begging us to show them what our program was.

Ross Mathis, NM

The other thing I’ve readily noticed is that there is no pain, yet intense gain in these workouts.

... to schedule a short workout every week and a half to two weeks is quite a breakthrough, and works perfectly into my hectic travel schedule.

I’ve gained significantly in my upper body definition as well as in my legs. I’m 41 years old now and this is the first time in 20 years that I’ve seen solid results from my workouts.

Alex Muljiani

I have been exercising
for years and cannot remember when I have had a workout like that.

I couldn’t believe how much weight I was capable of lifting. I increased my weight with almost every exercise by 100%

Deacon Mosley, OK

Since moving over to a your high intensity workout I am able to lift weights that have many of my gym buddies bragging. Last summer one of my friends stood in amazement when I outgrew one of the machines and had to do the exercises only one leg at a time. It’s not how much you train but how you train that makes the difference.

Renaldo Hemphill. AR

One of my students (a regular golfer) added 10m (34ft) to his drive after only 6 training sessions which brought him on par with his instructor who was somewhat amazed at the sudden improvement.

George Hynec

I have never before gotten results so quickly with so little time spent working out

Craig, NJ

I took the information I had gathered to some of the doctors I knew (specializing in bio-mechanics) and asked for their opinion on this new form of exercise. They were also intrigued about the information, saying that it made more sense than anything they have heard about in years.

Marla Crowley

I’ve worked out with resistance training off and on for months at a time since high school... tried all kinds of machines, all kinds of routines, supplements, diets, did "split" workouts, worked out 3 all the way to 6 times per week, splitting my body in different intervals.

Then along came studies showing ONE REP with MAX intensity would give the greatest gains in the least amount of time.

I feel great at 45, I’m making significant gains in size and strength more quickly than I ever have before and in MUCH less time excercising.

Bill Salopek

I tried dozens of different training methods over the years. But they all worked just for a short time. And if they did work, they left me tired all the time.

Then I found out about your system in a book in the library.

I knew by my 3rd workout that I had found something really remarkable. I was spending less time working out, and getting better gains than anyone else I knew

Pierre Ziebell, 43

I saw some significant strength gains, with about 2 minutes a week of actual exercises.

Before long I was so strong that I was getting bored loading plates on machines, so I got the XF equipment.

The big thing for me is when I look in the mirror and see that what I am doing on the machine actually shows up in how I look and how I feel about myself.

It is not immediate, but it is fast, and about every two weeks it is noticeable. And, it is consistent.

Jon Boyd, MI

I am 44 years old, 5’8, 165 lbs., and have never, ever, been in better shape in my life.

I feel like I can pick the back of a car up off the ground! Also, I must have added a good 25 yards distance onto to my golf drives.

Thanks for making what always was a tedious chore, into a simple pleasure.

James Riddle

A recent colleague from my former conventional training day saw me in the hall and said, "Jeff, I can’t believe how good you look. You’ve gotten big."

It’s so counterintuitive, less workouts, less reps, less time.

With 4 kids and a time challenged lifestyle as a neurosurgeon this thing is perfect.

I am muscular, defined and excel in tennis, and I’m still able to do brain surgery. All at 47.

Jeff Oppenheimer

I am a 40-something year old female and I have found this system to be amazing.

Strength Training has improved all areas of my life.

Kim, Medford, OR

I’m a middle aged woman, sedentary by upbrining. I hated the repetitions and boredom of conventional workouts, and I never challenged myself because I knew if it got to hard I’d quit.

Then I learned about this system, tried it in the gym and immediately abandoned my old program. I loved my new workouts.

Soon I outgrew the gym equipment at my location and ordered the Explosive Fitness home system.

I feel great, I have no trouble keeping up with the people I work with, most of whom are 20 years younger.

Thank you for continuing to make Explosive Fitness equipment better and better.

The new Streamline upgrade is awesome. It not only looks great, it has taken the work (and the time) out of setting up each exercise. It is a breeze to set up and it is easier (and safer) to move between exercises because the unit is more stable. It was definately worth it to upgrade. I feel like I got a whole new machine!

Steve Newburn D.C.

I’m 65 and have been working out regularly since I was 17.

I’ve tried almost every type of fitness equipment, including working out with Bill Pearl, (four-time Mr. Universe) at his gym in the early 70s.

With the Explosive Fitness equipment I accomplish more in workouts lasting minutes than I ever did in past marathon workouts lasting 2 hours or more.

Increase in muscle size, decrease in bodyfat, increase in flexibility, and decrease in joint pain. All achieved safely and scientifically.

Larry Cain, Az

After conducting thousands of training sessions with celebrities and motivated individuals in Beverly Hills, CA I always looked for that perfect piece of equipment that would stimulate muscle growth in the shortest time possible.

I was extremely skeptical of the one rep method, but after using the machine on myself and my clients I am now a believer. The system makes me look like a hero in front of my clients
